Your foundation can be a part of providing mentorship and vocational development for emerging Christians of color.
According to one article, “Many organizations are missing the mark when it comes to promoting members of the BIPOC community to top leadership positions. Some analysts have concluded that a lack of mentorship is a key factor.”
Providing the next generation of spiritual leaders of color with the skills and leadership they need to deepen their vocational calling is imperative. Without it, burnout and attrition become the common refrain. Their dreams are too easily erased.
That’s where PAX comes in – but that’s also where partnerships with like-minded foundations, charitable trusts, and philanthropic giving circles come in.
